Brief tips (for detailed tips, scroll further)
Candles
- First burn: 2–3 hours, allow a full melt pool.
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each use.
- Burn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.
- Once wax drops below 40%, use discretion with continuous burn time, especially in glass containers.
Reed Diffusers
- Place away from direct sun and heat.
- Flip reeds every few days, or daily for a stronger scent. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Linen & Room Sprays
- Spray from about 8–12 inches away.
- Patch test on fabrics before first use.
Bath Salts
- Soak 1–2 cups in warm bathwater.
- For external use only.
Perfume Roll-Ons
- Apply to pulse points throughout the day, after a workout, or before a hike, whenever you want a boost.
- For external use only.
Car Diffusers
- Remove the inner plastic or silicone stopper before first use, then gently invert the bottle for 10–15 seconds to let the wooden cap absorb the fragrance oil.
- For a stronger burst, invert or shake gently each time you get in the car.
- Avoid over-saturating the cap to prevent spills on the dashboard or console.
Storage
- Store all pamJy products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Heat and light can alter quality, fragrance, and color.
- Liquid and essential oil products are especially sensitive to light and heat, and can deteriorate quickly when exposed.
- If a product won't be used for an extended period, keep it in its original packaging to protect it from dust and environmental exposure.
Candles
- Burn in a proper holder, on a level, heat- and fire-resistant surface.
- Trim the wick to a little above 1/4" before lighting.
- On the first burn, let the candle burn until it forms an even melt pool to the edges of the container. This maximizes fragrance throw and prevents tunneling.
- Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
- Once wax drops below 40%, use discretion with continuous burn time, especially in glass containers.
- Let the candle cool completely before relighting.
- Stop using once 1/4" of wax remains.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, always burn within sight.
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
- Keep the wax pool free of debris (matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable material).
- Do not ingest.
- If carrying by the lid, make sure it's securely closed.
- Do not touch or pick up the candle while hot.
Reed Diffusers
- Use 6–10 reeds depending on room size.
- Flip reeds every few days, or daily for a stronger scent. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
- Place in an area with good air circulation to enhance scent throw.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, which cause the fragrance oil to evaporate faster.
Linen & Room Sprays
- Refills available.
- Quick-drying: dries within a few minutes, leaving fabric fresh without dampness.
- Versatile: ideal for clothing, linens, backpacks, pet beds, rooms, bathrooms, sofas, pillows, and on the go.

- Confirm no one in your household, including pets, is sensitive or allergic to the spray.
- Avoid spraying near open flames or heat sources, such as lit candles or a gas stove.
- Do not spray toward your face or body.
- Avoid storing inside vehicles exposed to direct sunlight.
Bath Salts
- Consult your physician before use if you have any sensitivities, allergies, a chronic illness, or are pregnant.
- Add a generous handful to warm running water and let it dissolve fully before stepping in. No bathtub? Dissolve the salts in a bucket of warm water instead, and pour it over yourself for the same soothing effect.
- After use, securely fasten the cork lid and store in a cool, dark place.
- Keep out of direct sunlight, such as near bathroom windows. Sunlight exposure can cause the essential oils to lose potency and develop an unpleasant scent over time.

- Bien refermer le bouchon après chaque usage pour éviter toute fuite.
Car Diffusers
- Remove the inner stopper before first use.
- Gently invert the bottle for 10–15 seconds to let the wooden cap absorb the fragrance oil.
- For a stronger burst, invert the bottle for a couple of seconds each time you get in the car.
- Avoid over-saturating the cap to prevent spills on the dashboard or console.
Cleaning
- Candle holders/jars: once cool, warm in a double boiler to loosen leftover wax, then wash with warm, soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
- Warm, soapy water works well for all other containers, including reed diffuser bottles, linen/room spray bottles, bath salt jars, and roll-on bottles.
- Bath salt jar cork lid: wipe with a dry cloth. Cork is porous and may retain some scent over time, this is normal for the same scent, but if refilling with a different scent, consider replacing the cork to avoid scent crossover.
- Car diffuser wooden cap: not meant to be cleaned or reused for a different scent. The oil soaks into the wood, and residual oil can turn rancid over time. Replace with a new cap once fragrance fades or before switching scents.
- General surface spills: clean with mild dish detergent and a damp cloth. Wash hands thoroughly afterward.
Tip: for stubborn oily residue on washable containers, Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) works especially well.
- The Alcohol Soak: Submerge the wooden cap in a small jar of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or high-proof clear alcohol. Let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes. Alcohol breaks down the essential oils and binds with them.
- The Baking Soda Draw: Remove the cap from the alcohol and immediately bury it in a small bowl of baking soda. Let it sit overnight. The baking soda will draw out the dissolved oil and alcohol from deep within the wood pores while neutralizing the rancid smell.
- Scrub and Rinse: The next day, use an old toothbrush to scrub away the caked baking soda. Rinse the cap quickly under warm water.
- Air Dry Completely: Let the cap dry in a well-ventilated area or under the sun for 24 to 48 hours. Do not use it until it is bone dry, or the wood may rot or crack.
